A Trip to the Martinez Marina

After we visited with Great-Grandma, we went to the Martinez marina to skip rocks (Bella's really good now Papa) and to run up and down the paths.

A Visit With Great Grandma Essie

Great-Grandma has Alzheimer's and has trouble remembering us now, but she sure brightened up when she noticed the kids. She told all three of them that they were "good ones" and she even smiled!!!! She reached out to hug them. The kids were happy to see her smile.

Grandma told her she was a "good one" and had just finished hugging her and I missed it. Gianna was very pleased.
